We know that every bathroom is unique to each individual therefore with each installation, a preliminary visit is made to discuss requirements and available options with prospective customers.

​After initial discussions, GMD Plumbing & Heating are pleased to either provide the required sanitary ware or alternatively simply fit any items already purchased by the customer.
​
​Following this initial visit, a quotation is provided by email or by post, detailing costs of labour and if applicable, materials. If both parties agree to proceed, a suitable timeframe is identified, a specific Engineer is confirmed by name and estimation of time of completion is detailed.
